  • Wir suchen kurzfristig und dauerhaft einen Steuerfachangestellten oder auch Steuerfachwirt (m(w/d) für unseren Kunden.
  • Der Einsatzort wird 36251 Bad Hersfeld sein.
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Kontierung und Buchung sämtlicher Geschäftsfälle
  • Abstimmung und Verwaltung der Bestands-, Erfolgs- und Privatkonten
  • monatliche Kostenrechnung
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Meldungen an Ämter und Verwaltungen
  • Überprüfung der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
  • vorbereitende Jahresabschlussarbeiten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
  • Abstimmung und Führung der Kreditoren-, Debitoren-, Anlagenbuchhaltung sowie Bank und Kasse
  • Verantwortung für das Mahnwesen und Überwachung der OP-Listen
  • Ermittlung und Verbuchung der Steuerlast (z.B. Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung)
  • Prüfung und Verbuchung von Reisekostenabrechnungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den MS Office-Produkten und DATEV
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
