Wir suchen für unser Bauunternehmen ab sofort eine engagierte und erfahrene kaufmännische Fachkraft (m/w/d) mit Buchhaltungsaufgaben in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit. Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und übernehmen eine wichtige Rolle im Bereich allgemeiner buchhalterischer Aufgaben.

Unser Betrieb befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum Bahnhof Voldagsen (31863 Coppenbrügge) mit guter Anbindung nach Hameln bzw. Hildesheim!

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen

  • Tagesgeschäft in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung inkl. Stammdatenpflege
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie des Mahnwesens
  • Abstimmung von Konten und Überwachung offener Posten
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Allgemeine buchhalterische Aufgaben
  • Kommunikation mit externen Partnern wie Steuerberatern und Behörden

Anforderungen

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung & Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
