Neben unseren IT-Firmen betreuen wir auch mehrere Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften.

Dies bedeutet insgesamt einen sehr abwechslungsreichen und spannenden Tätigkeitsbereich.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Dieser verantwortungsvolle Job erfordert Erfahrung und selbständiges Handeln.
  • Dafür haben Sie ein angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld und flexible Arbeitszeiten (vorerst halbtags)
  • Jährlich werden ca. 30 Nebenkostenabrechnungen für Mieter und Miteigentümer erstellt.
  • Zudem wären Sie für Korrespondenz, Koordinierung der Techniker und IT-Aufträge zuständig.

  • Unsere Anforderungen:
  • (Fach-) Abitur bevorzugt
  • Wirtschaft. Berufsabschluss (vorzugsweiße Immobilienfachwirt oder Buchhaltung)
  • PKW-Führerschein
  • perfektes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
