## IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Planung und Vorbereitung von Bauprojekten inkl. Analyse technischer Unterlagen, Terminplanung und Entsorgungskonzepten
  • Koordination von Fachingenieuren, Gutachtern und Nachunternehmern
  • Organisation und Dokumentation von Stoffströmen sowie Transporten
  • Steuerung des eigenen Baustellenpersonals und Überwachung der Nachunternehmerleistungen
  • Kontrolle des Bauablaufs und der Projektergebnisse inkl. Soll-Ist-Vergleichen
  • Erkennen und Verhandeln von Nachträgen
  • Angebotserstellung und Abrechnung im Stoffstrom-Tagesgeschäft
  • Einhaltung aller geltenden Compliance- und QHSE-Vorgaben

## IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Technikerausbildung in Umweltwissenschaften, Geowissenschaften, Umwelttechnik, Geotechnik, Abfallwirtschaft o. ä.
  • Berufserfahrung in Abfallwirtschaft, Altlastensanierung oder Erd-/Tiefbau wünschenswert
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Abfall- und Umweltrecht sowie in Probenahme (LAGA PN 98), Bodenkunde und Deponiebau
  • Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung und Kalkulation von Entsorgungsleistungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Tools (z. B. JobRouter, SharePoint)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
