Job Summary:

A dynamic leader who will reflect the company’s ethos around people, processes, operations and brand advocacy. This leader is responsible for personal sales, store sales goals, leading a team, managing operations, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the store's success and contributing to overall company growth and is held to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.

Total Compensation Range: $55,000 - $130,000 per year (inclusive of base, commission and bonus)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed store goals while remaining actively engaged on the showroom floor.

Drive store performance by leading by example, providing in-the-moment coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability and results.

Recruit, train, and develop talent to build a strong, engaged, and customer-focused team.

Ensure operational excellence, including merchandising standards, inventory management, and an exceptional showroom presentation.

Partner with leadership to execute business strategies, strengthen store performance, and drive continued growth.

Operations:

Proven retail leader with a track record of driving sales and developing strong teams.

Hands-on leader who takes ownership of the store and leads from the showroom floor.

Operationally focused and organized, with a strong eye for standards, priorities, and execution.

Results-driven and motivated by coaching teams, solving problems, and driving performance.

Retail sales leadership experience required; luxury retail or home furnishings experience is a plus.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years in business unit with a sales retail emphasis

Strong understanding of P&L, financial results, and operational execution

Business-minded leader who can prioritize, make decisions, and drive results

Strong communicator who builds effective relationships with customers, teams, and business partners

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

What You Can Expect:
