Job Overview:

As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage P&L and team development, and coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Master all menu items and preparation techniques
• •Manage store P&L and unit economics
• •Provide leadership and foster positive team environment
• •Develop efficient staff scheduling
• •Serve as point of contact for B2B and subscription orders
• •Conduct internal audits for operational compliance
• •Coordinate with suppliers and corporate clients
• •Lead daily performance and planning meetings
• •Conduct review sessions to implement improvements

Requirements:

• •High school diploma (culinary education a plus)
• •4+ years kitchen experience including management
• •Advanced understanding of kitchen operations
• •Demonstrated leadership abilities
• •P&L and unit economics knowledge
