Für einen etablierten Einzelhandelsstandort am Standort Oberhausen und weiteren suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Store Manager (m/w/d).

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die operative Steuerung des Stores sowie die Führung und Weiterentwicklung Ihres Verkaufsteams.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung eines erfolgreichen Tagesgeschäfts und eines reibungslosen Store-Betriebs
  • Erreichung von Umsatz- und Unternehmenszielen
  • Steuerung relevanter Kennzahlen und Durchführung entsprechender Maßnahmen
  • Gewährleistung einer kundenorientierten Verkaufsberatung
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Warenpräsentationen und Visual-Merchandising-Konzepten
  • Personaleinsatzplanung und Organisation der Arbeitsabläufe
  • Verantwortung für Warenwirtschaft, Lagerbestände und Inventuren
  • Umsetzung von Unternehmensstandards und Qualitätsrichtlinien

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel, idealerweise im Bereich Fashion, Lifestyle, Schmuck oder Accessoires
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung als Filialleiter, Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager oder Teamleiter (m/w/d)
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Freude an Führung, Coaching und Mitarbeitendenentwicklung
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie Zahlenaffinität
  • Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
