  • Verantwortung für einen Interior-Pop-up Store und sorgst mit deinem
  • Überblick und Lösungsorientierung für einen reibungslosen
  • Tagesablauf Du übernimmst die operative Führung, Motivation und
  • Weiterentwicklung Deines Teams sowie das Onboarding neuer
  • Mitarbeitender Du begeistert die Kunden mit deiner individuellen,
  • persönlichen und serviceorientierten Beratung Du hast ein Auge für
  • Visual-Merchandising und setzt diese Konzepte stilvoll und
  • markengerecht um Du planst und koordinierst Aktionen, Events und
  • lokale Marketingmaßnahmen zur Steigerung der Markenpräsenz Du bist
  • eng im Austausch mit den Teams aus Marketing. E-Commerce und Retail
  • und trägst somit zu einer erfolgreichen Umsetzung gemeinsamer
  • Projekte bei DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Du verfügst über
  • Führungserfahrung als Store Manager, Filialleiter oder Teamleiter.
  • Idealerweise im Premium-, Lifestyle-, Home-&-Living- oder
  • Interior-Bereich Du begeisterst dich für Einrichtung, Design und
  • stilvolle Wohnkonzepte Du verstehst wie man Menschen am besten
  • motiviert, inspiriert und Teams erfolgreich führt Du besitzt ein
  • Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen und
  • wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge Eigenverantwortung,
  • Organisationsgeschick und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
  • zeichnen dich aus Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und
  • hast keine Probleme auf Englisch zu kommunizieren WIR BIETEN
  • Befristung auf 4 Monate (Oktober - Januar) mit Möglichkeit auf
