Store Manager (SMT Components & Inventory Management)

Key Responsibilities:

• •Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of SMT and electronic components.
• •Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and periodic audits.
• •Monitor stock levels, maintain minimum inventory, and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• •Handle ESD/MSD-sensitive components and ensure proper storage, traceability, and shelf-life management.
• •Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Planning teams for material availability.
• •Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices and accurate ERP transactions.
• •Track component consumption and generate inventory reports. Lead store operations, warehouse housekeeping, and team management.

Required Skills:

• •Strong knowledge of SMT components, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• •Experience in stock planning, inventory optimization, and material traceability.
• •Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel. Good leadership, coordination, and analytical skills.

Qualification:

Graduate/Diploma with experience in Electronics Manufacturing (EMS), Automotive Electronics, PCB Assembly, or related industry
