Benson’s Pet Center is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Store Manager to lead one of our retail locations. If you're passionate about pets, enjoy developing teams, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• •Lead and develop a team of pet-loving associates.
• •Drive sales through exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• •Manage daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and cash handling.
• •Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• •Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve company goals.
• •Build strong relationships with customers and become a trusted resource for pet care solutions.
• •Maintain company standards, policies, and procedures while creating a positive work environment.

What We're Looking For

• •Previous retail management experience preferred.
• •Strong leadership and communication skills.
• •Ability to coach and develop employees.
• •Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• •Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and sales performance.
• •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• •A flexible schedule, weekends and holidays required
