Du willst Verantwortung übernehmen und ein Team führen? Dann werde Storemanager (m/w/d) im Subway am Dresdner Hauptbahnhof . Bei uns ist jeden Tag viel los: Pendler, Reisende und Stammgäste sorgen für Betrieb. Du leitest den Store, motivierst dein Team und sorgst dafür, dass Gäste immer frische Sandwiches in bester Qualität bekommen. Die Stelle ist in Vollzeit zu besetzen.

## Deine Aufgaben

Den Store eigenverantwortlich führen und den täglichen Betrieb sicherstellen
Ein Team aus Sandwich Artists anleiten, motivieren und weiterentwickeln
Dienstpläne erstellen und Schichten so planen, dass Bedarf und Mitarbeiterwünsche zusammenpassen
Neue Mitarbeiter finden, einarbeiten und schulen
Umsatz, Kosten und Kennzahlen im Blick behalten und den Store wirtschaftlich steuern
Warenbestellung, Lagerhaltung und Warenannahme organisieren
Subway-Standards, Produktqualität, Hygiene (HACCP) und Arbeitssicherheit einhalten
Freundlichen Service vorleben und bei Anliegen von Gästen ansprechbar sein
Bei Bedarf selbst im Service und an der Kasse mitarbeiten

## Dein Profil

Du hast Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder Systemgastronomie , idealerweise bereits in einer Führungsrolle (z. B. Schichtleitung, Assistant Manager, Storemanager)
Du führst Teams mit Respekt, Klarheit und Teamgeist
Du sprichst Deutsch als Muttersprache oder sehr sicher
Du organisierst gern, behältst bei Hochbetrieb den Überblick und triffst Entscheidungen
Du denkst unternehmerisch und gehst sicher mit Zahlen um
Du achtest auf Hygiene, Qualität und Sauberkeit
Du bist flexibel bei den Arbeitszeiten (auch am Wochenende und an Feiertagen)
