Open Positions

Retail Associate – Full Time & Part-Time

Pay: $16.50/hour + tips

Employees at our Ohio locations averaged approximately $4.95/hour in additional tips.

Average tip amount is based on an analysis of tips received at our Ohio locations through September 30, 2026. Tips vary by location and shift, are provided at customers' discretion, and are not guaranteed.

Position Overview:

Provides exceptional customer service, assists customers with product selections, processes transactions, stocks and organizes products, and supports daily store operations.

Availability Required: Candidates must be available Thursday through Sunday during afternoon and evening hours, primarily working 4–6 hour shifts.

Qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. Cannabis knowledge is a plus.

General Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.

High school diploma or GED required.

Valid state-issued ID or U.S. passport required.

Reliable transportation required.

Must successfully complete all required pre-employment background checks.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
