Deine Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung der sorgfältigen Umsetzung aller Baumaßnahmen
  • koordinieren und prüfen der Baumaßnahmen
  • Planung und Steuerung des Personal-, Geräte- und Materialeinsatz
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltschutzvorschriften
  • rechtssichere Baustellendokumentation nach VOB

Anforderungen:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse der aktuellen Arbeit- und Umweltschutzrichtlinien
  • Selbständige, zielorientierte und wirtschaftlich geprägte Arbeitsweise
  • PKW-Führerschein
