Wir sind ein junges, wachsendes Bauunternehmen aus Dinslaken und spezialisiert auf den Tiefbau im Glasfaserausbau. Zur Verstärkung unseres Unternehmens suchen wir einen Straßenbauermeister (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung unserer Teams auf der Baustelle
  • Planung und Koordination der Tiefbauarbeiten für Glasfasertrassen und Hausanschlüsse
  • Einteilung von Personal, Maschinen und Material
  • Qualitätskontrolle und Einhaltung der Vorgaben von Auftraggebern und Netzbetreibern
  • Aufmaß, Baustellendokumentation und Abnahmen
  • Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und Anwohnern
  • Anleitung und Ausbildung von Fachkräften und Helfern

Ihr Profil:

  • Meisterbrief als Straßenbauer oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Polier Tiefbau)
  • Berufserfahrung im Tiefbau, idealerweise im Glasfaserausbau
  • Kenntnisse in Verkehrssicherung und Leitungsauskunft
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Führungsstärke
  • Führerschein Klasse B
