TL;DR
We're hiring a Strategic Account Executive to personally source and close Lovable's largest, most complex deals — seven-and-eight-figure relationships with the Fortune 500 companies reimagining how software gets built. You'll own accounts end-to-end, from first executive conversation to signed contract, and help define how Lovable wins at the top of the market as a founding member of the strategic accounts team.
Why Lovable?
Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we're just getting started.
We're a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world.
What We're Looking For
8+ years in enterprise B2B sales, with a track record closing deals at $500K-$1M+ ACV, including multiple deals of $1M or more
Consistent overachievement against $2-4M+ individual quotas in a comparable high-growth SaaS, developer platform, or AI-adjacent environment
Demonstrated ability to personally source and close exec-sponsored deals in cold or strategic accounts - not just grow warm, existing relationships
Experience navigating multi-threaded buying committees at Fortune 500 organizations, spanning security, procurement, legal, and executive leadership
Comfort running long, complex sales cycles (6+ months) with high deal complexity and scrutiny
Genuine fluency with AI tools in your day-to-day workflow
Strong communicator who can translate technical and product concepts into clear business value for both technical and executive buyers
Builder mindset who is energized by shaping a strategic accounts playbook and GTM motion that doesn't fully exist yet
Curiosity and hunger to master Lovable's product deeply; you lead with insight
Preferred: Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or AI platforms to technical buyers (CTOs, VPs Eng, CPOs) alongside security, procurement, and executive stakeholders
What You'll Do
Personally source and close exec-sponsored, seven-figure+ deals in cold or strategic accounts, from first touch to signed contract
Build strategic account plans that map multi-threaded buying committees - security, procurement, legal, economic buyer - to identify whitespace and unlock expansion
Lead executive-level discovery and demos, tailoring value to both technical and executive buyers
Build ROI-driven business cases that connect Lovable's capabilities to real outcomes for the largest, most strategic accounts
Cultivate relationships with C-suite and senior technical stakeholders (CTOs, VPs Eng, CPOs) at Fortune 500 companies
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver seamless onboarding and expansion
Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting discipline across all strategic deals
Partner with the Sales Leadership to shape the strategic accounts playbook - your patterns become the company's patterns
Build Lovable's presence in key markets through executive relationships, events, and partner co-selling
Projects You'll Tackle First
Build and execute account plans for your first 5-10 strategic target accounts
Run 5+ executive discovery sessions in your first 30 days to calibrate Lovable's positioning with the largest accounts in the market
Partner with the Sales Manager to help design the account planning framework and executive engagement strategy
