Strategic Account Manager

ColonialWebb is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager with a mechanical engineering or background with skilled trades.

The ideal candidate:

• •Understands applications of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems
• •Has solid computer skills (Microsoft Office products suite)

A day in the life:

• •Self generate a pipeline, prospect new commercial accounts and build territory while maintaining contract account base
• •Support sales and operations for Service Project and Service Agreement opportunities
• •Perform estimating activities for commercial mechanical service projects (i.e., equipment replacements, retrofits, installations)
• •Develop trusting relationships with customers and grow those relationships
• •Identify customer objectives and how our services may fit their needs
• •Analyze and make recommendations on modifying and repositioning agreements on renewal processes

You should have:

• •Mechanical Engineering degree or 2 + years mechanical experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
• •Experience working with facility managers, property managers, building engineers and operations directors
• •Skillful listener, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• •Pipeline management experience
• •Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and Internet use
• •Client management skills; able to manage customer relationships, perceptions and expectations
