You will lead strategic opportunities with a minimum Total Contract Value of €50 million, working in demanding, international and multidisciplinary environments. You will partner closely with account teams, bid management, solutioning, industry and delivery leaders.

Your key responsibilities

  • Define and drive pursuit strategy, commercial positioning and the closing plan.
  • Lead negotiations with client decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Build trusted relationships quickly with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CFOs, COOs and business leaders.
  • Orchestrate sales, bid management, solutioning, industry and delivery teams across the opportunity.
  • Align internal stakeholders and mobilize the expertise required to win.
  • Challenge and support account teams through a collaborative approach.
  • Ensure the strength of the proposition and a structured transition to delivery teams.
  • Contribute to the sharing of complex sales best practices across the organization.

The profile we are looking for

  • 12+ years of experience in complex sales, strategic pursuits or large deal leadership.
  • A proven record of winning transformation contracts across IT services or Engineering Services (consulting, applications, infrastructure, digital transformation, intelligent industry)
  • Experience in international, matrixed environments involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to establish credibility quickly with executive decision makers.
  • Strong commercial leadership, influence without direct authority and the ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams.
  • Determination, strong risk anticipation and the ability to progress through complexity and ambiguity.
  • For the roles in Spain and Italy, fluency in the local language to engage directly with clients.

What the role offers

  • A central role on strategic and highly visible commercial opportunities.
  • Direct exposure to client executives and Capgemini leadership.
  • The opportunity to orchestrate expertise across a broad portfolio of services and solutions.
  • A European and international dimension within a community of large deal specialists.
  • A direct impact on Capgemini's growth and on the success of our clients' transformations.

Location

Three positions are open: one in France, one in Spain and one in Italy. The role requires close engagement with clients and local teams.

Selection process

The process will include several discussions with the team and relevant country leadership. A case study may be used to explore the candidate's approach to a complex deal.
