This is our first dedicated finance hire. You'll own strategic finance end to end: the operating model, monthly metrics reporting, capacity planning, pricing and unit economics, and accounting & tax close.
What you'll do
Own the operating model
Run monthly metrics reporting
Build and maintain live dashboards for ARR, pipeline, burn, and sales productivity
Own the finance tech stack: QuickBooks, Ramp, banking partners, billing system, including the integrations between them
Manage tax, revenue recognition, reporting requirements, & financial compliance
Manage the monthly accounting close with our accounting team
Partner with sales leadership on comp plans, quota design, capacity models
Prep board materials and support fundraising diligence
What we're looking for
2+ years in investment banking or private equity, followed by 3+ years in strategic finance or FP&A at a high-growth startup
AI-native. You should already be using AI heavily in your own work
Experience at an enterprise sales company, ideally with infrastructure or usage-based focus
Strong modeling skills. Driver-based, easy to audit, built for other people to use
You've managed accounting closes
Comfortable building and owning the entire finance function
