Who you are

We’re looking for a highly organized and creative marketing professional to own a marketing presence —from strategy and planning through day-to-day execution and deadline management. You’ll work closely with our dedicated team to ensure content is compelling, consistent, and aligned with our mission.

This role blends big-picture thinking with hands-on execution to grow our community, increase our presence and engagement, that helps drive donor acquisition.

Your role

Strategic Planning : Design long-term marketing plans that match business goals, target specific audiences, and outline campaign calendars

Team Leadership: Guide and mentor marketing managers and specialists, fostering collaboration across departments

Budget Management : Allocate funds across different channels (digital, print, social) and track return on investment (ROI)

Data and Performance Tracking : Analyze consumer data, market trends, and campaign results to adjust tactics and improve performance

Brand Oversight : Protect and shape the voice, positioning, and public image of the company

Lead development of marketing strategy by working closely with clients, managers, creatives, content providers, and distribution partners to create effective plans focused on growing the audience for our products and services

Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations

Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive funding

Conduct meetings regularly to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and brainstorm possible solutions, and provide training to ensure team is consistently performing above standard

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Your skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or currently pursuing

8-15 years experience in one or more of the following areas; Marketing management, Graphic design, digital marketing, content development, public relations

Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Innovation and creativity to create brand new strategies that attract customers and succeed over the competition

Ability to lead groups and be decisive

Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies

Time management and organization in order to meet strict deadlines

Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them

Proficient with analysis and design software

Knowledge of internet marketing campaigns, including SEO

Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills

Time Commitment: 10-15 hours a week on a flexible schedule that works with your life.

Term: 6 months (with an opportunity to mutual extend)
