About Assembled

Assembled helps companies scale great customer support. As consumers, we’ve all been there. You need help, you’re stuck on hold or going in circles with an AI, and your problem still isn’t solved.

Behind great support is a complex operational problem: thousands of people and AI agents working across teams, time zones, and products as new problems emerge. Assembled gives support leaders the tools to manage that complexity, from AI agents that resolve customer issues to software that forecasts demand, builds schedules, and makes intraday adjustments.

More than 400 companies, including DoorDash, Salesforce, Stripe, and Sephora, trust Assembled . We've raised $71M from NEA, Emergence Capital, Stripe, and Basis Set Ventures and have offices in San Francisco, New York, and London.

The Role

Partnerships already drive 25% of Assembled’s revenue (50% revenue in the last quarter alone!), and there’s a big opportunity to make them an even bigger growth engine.

Assembled sits in the middle of a complex support ecosystem. Our customers use a mix of platforms to manage people, workflows, customer conversations, and increasingly, AI agents. The right partnerships plug us more deeply into that world, giving support teams a more connected way to run their operations across the systems they already use. That makes Assembled more valuable to customers and creates new ways for us to win business.

As Strategic Partnerships Manager, you’ll own two of Assembled’s most important existing partner relationships at a point where there’s more to unlock. You’ll help set the strategy, drive the execution, and see the results directly in pipeline and revenue. You’ll work closely with Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and leadership to identify where these partnerships can go further and bring the right teams together to make it happen.

If you want to take a few high-stakes partnerships and turn them into meaningful growth levers at an organization that is fully bought into the value of Partnerships, this is the role. Get it right, and you’ll materially influence how Assembled grows.

What You’ll Do

Turn relationships into revenue. Go deep within established partner organizations, build relationships across teams and seniority levels, map the accounts with the most potential, work directly with partner sellers, and stay close to opportunities until they become pipeline and revenue.

Create real pull for Assembled with partners. Give partners the messaging, proof points, enablement, and customer stories they need to confidently bring Assembled into the right conversations.

Make strong partnerships compound. Build on proven motions, identify new ways to unlock value within each partnership, and turn what works into repeatable playbooks that drive more impact over time.

Use AI to multiply your impact. Leverage AI across research, account planning, enablement, follow-up, and execution to move faster and expand what’s possible across each partnership.

Connect the dots across the business. Bring together Sales, Customer Success, Deployments, Product, and leadership to unblock opportunities, then use what you learn in the field to shape where we invest, what programs we build, and how our ecosystem evolves.

About You

Ultimately, this role is measured primarily on partner-sourced pipeline and how much of that pipeline converts to closed-won revenue. We care less about how many partners you manage or programs you launch and more about whether you can make a small number of existing strategic relationships materially more valuable.

You’ll likely thrive here if:

You can navigate complex organizations. You build credibility across levels, understand what motivates different stakeholders, and influence without authority.

You’re hands-on and high-agency. You’re comfortable mapping accounts, following up with reps, building enablement, digging into deals, and closing the loop yourself.

You learn quickly and use good judgment. You can develop a point of view in a new ecosystem, prioritize the right opportunities, and adjust when something isn’t working.

You’re an AI-Native Operator: You leverage AI tools to accelerate deliverables and multiply impact across partnership initiatives while maintaining high output quality and velocity.

Bonus Points If

You’ve done this at scale. You’ve owned strategic technology resell partnerships with meaningful commercial impact and know what strong execution looks like.

You know our ecosystem. You’ve worked in CX, contact center, workforce management, or adjacent SaaS.

Our U.S. benefits

Generous medical, dental, and vision benefits

Paid company holidays, sick time, and unlimited time off

Monthly credits to spend on each: professional development, general wellness, Assembled customers, and commuting

Paid parental leave

Catered lunches everyday (M-F) and fully stocked kitchen

We know great candidates don’t always meet every requirement listed in a job description. If the role excites you and you believe you can make an impact at Assembled, we encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives and are committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone feels like they belong and has the opportunity to do their best work. We look forward to hearing from you!
