• - Monitor project progress and performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• - Support the growth and development of junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
• - Strong capability in project scheduling, resource allocation, and cost management using Oracle Primavera Unifier.
• - Experience in integrating project management tools with organizational processes to enhance efficiency.
• - Ability to analyze complex project data and generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• - Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable solutions.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
• - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
