Key Responsibilities:

Own sales strategy and revenue for the market

Drive strategic and enterprise sales (B2B, HNI, developer-led deals)

Forge partnerships with top builders, IPCs, and investors

Align sales execution with national growth targets

Key Requirements:

Relevant years in real estate sales; enterprise or large-ticket sales experience preferred

Strong market knowledge and network

Proven track record in team leadership and revenue growth

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
