This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Strategic Sourcing Manager in Apodaca with Signify.

• •Strategic Sourcing & Cost Reduction: Develop and execute commodity/sourcing strategies, negotiate supplier contracts, and drive cost-saving opportunities.
• •Supplier Management: Scout, select, develop, and manage suppliers while monitoring quality, delivery, performance, sustainability, and development KPIs.
• •Stakeholder & Strategy Alignment: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand technical/business requirements and translate them into supplier and supply-base strategies.
• •NPDL & Supplier Involvement: Lead supplier selection, early supplier involvement, tender generation/review, and supplier strategy during the NPDL phase.
• •Risk, Compliance & Procurement Excellence: Manage supplier-related risks, ensure policy/regulatory compliance, support Value Engineering/DfX initiatives, and develop mid- and long-term price forecasts.

More about you

• •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• •Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, with strong expertise in supplier negotiation and contract management.
• •Experience managing suppliers, sourcing strategies, and procurement activities.
• •CPSM or equivalent professional certification is highly recommended.
• •Fluent English is mandatory.

*This is an on-site position located in Apodaca.
