In der PHOENIX Pharmahandel GmbH & Co KG ist zum 01.01.2027 die Stelle einer Strategischen Assistenz der Geschäftsführung Vertrieb (m/w/d) zu besetzen.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung Vertrieb Deutschland bei strategischen und operativen Fragestellungen
  • Steuerung und Koordination bereichsübergreifender Projekte sowie strategischer Initiativen
  • Analyse von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Vertriebskennzahlen sowie Ableitung entsprechender Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Entwicklung von Konzepten, Business Cases und Entscheidungsvorlagen zur Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsgeschäfts, Vorbereitung von Management-Präsentationen
  • Identifikation/Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen gemeinsam mit relevanten Fachbereichen

### Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, Consulting, Vertrieb oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion, Erfahrungen im Großhandels- oder Gesundheitsumfeld sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeit sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Souveränes Auftreten und hohe Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Hierarchieebenen
  • Sehr gute MS-Office- und sichere Englischkenntnisse
