Ihr Profil:

  • Betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf wünschenswert.
  • Alternativ: Kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im Bereich (strategischer) Einkauf.
  • Gute Kenntnisse MS-Office und ERP-Systeme, z. B. SAP.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch, Englisch von Vorteil.
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsstärke, sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit bereichsübergreifendem und unternehmerischem Denken.
  • Kommunikativer Teamplayer.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Einkaufsstrategien zur Erreichung der Abteilungsziele in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Schnittstellen (Planung, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Logistik, Produktion, Vertrieb, usw.).
  • Ermittlung von Einkaufspotentialen sowie die Erstellung von Wettbewerbsanalysen.
  • Einholen von Angeboten, Angebotsanalyse, Durchführung von Preisverhandlungen inkl. Rahmenabschlüsse.
  • Lieferantenbewertungen und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Lieferanten­port­folios inkl. Identifizierung und Qualifizierung neuer Lieferquellen.
  • Steuerung, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Einkaufsprozesse (auch im operativen Bereich).
  • Stammdatenpflege.
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken.
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting über die verantwortete/n Warengruppe/n.
