Ihre Herausforderungen

  • Strategische Steuerung und Optimierung des Lieferantenportfolios (Kosten, Qualität, Liefertreue)
  • Verhandlung von Preisen und Abschluss langfristiger Liefer- und Rahmenverträge
  • Ganzheitliches Lieferantenmanagement inkl. Bewertung und Eskalationsmanagement
  • Durchführung von Markt-, Bedarfs- und Kostenanalysen sowie Benchmarks
  • Optimierung der Total Cost of Ownership über den Produktlebenszyklus
  • Vertretung des strategischen Einkaufs in Entwicklungsprojekten (Make-or-Buy, Lieferantenauswahl)
  • Management von Risiken, Obsoleszenzen und Lieferantenwechseln
  • Pflege und Nutzung relevanter Einkaufsdaten in SAP

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang gepaart mit einer Affinität zur Technik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf von u.a. elektronischen Bauteilen (inklusive Leiterplatten und MEMS)
  • Sie verfügen über ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein sowie Verhandlungsgeschick bei Vertragsgestaltungen
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch sicheres Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke, sowie Eigeninitiative aus
  • Sie besitzen gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) und gute SAP-Kenntnisse
  • Ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Loyalität runden Ihr Profil ab
