  • Als strategischer Produktmanager (m/w/d) verantworten und entwickeln Sie die langfristige Markt-, Technologie- und Portfolio-Strategie für einen ausgewählten Bereich und leiten daraus konkrete Wachstums- und Innovationsinitiativen ab.
  • Sie erstellen Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifizierung und Bewertung von relevanten Trends und erarbeiten daraus passende Produktstrategien.
  • Sie stellen den Erfolg und die Profitabilität der Produkte am Markt sicher.
  • Die aktive Begleitung von Normierungs- und Standardisierungsprozessen fällt in Ihren Aufgabenbereich.
  • Sie sind bei strategischen Fragestellungen zum Produktbereich die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Entwicklung, Geschäftsleitung, Produktion und Marketing.
  • Sie treiben produktbezogene Projekte schnell und effektiv voran und bringen diese erfolgreich zum Abschluss.
  • Die Repräsentation des Produktbereichs und das Netzwerken auf Messen und Fachveranstaltungen rundet Ihr Aufgabengebiet ab.
  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Produktmanager.
  • Sie besitzen Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen zu Analysetechniken und Strategieplanung für die Erstellung von Produktstrategien.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus.
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP.
  • Sie sind kontaktfreudig und teamorientiert und bringen eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft mit.
  • Eine zielgerichtete, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus.
  • Eine flexible Reisebereitschaft vervollständigt Ihr Profil.
