Job Description:

• •Conduct industry, market, and competitor research with a focus on fintech trend and AI strategy
• •AI adaption to enhance workflow efficiency for firmwide initiatives
• •Support corporate strategy, business planning and change-management processes
• •Track business performance metrics and prepare analytical reports
• •Assist in financial analysis and investment evaluation
• •Prepare presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
• •4–6 years of professional experience, ideally within large-scale financial institutions.
• •Proven track record or exposure to investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, CEO/COO office, digital transformation, or IT business partnering.

Professional & Technical Skills

• •Analytical & Digital Capabilities: Strong analytical and research skills. Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Generative AI, data analysis) to drive operational efficiency and generate business insights.
• •Industry Knowledge: Keen interest in FinTech trends and digital transformation within the financial services sector.
• •Language & Market Acumen: Professional proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken). Familiarity with the Chinese business landscape; experience in cross-border projects or overseas business is a strong plus.
