Job Description:

• •Conduct macro, industry and competitor analysis and research
• •Execute corporate strategy and business planning projects
• •Initiate, evaluate and manage business and capital alliance projects
• •Support management of overseas subsidiaries as well as new market entry
• •Monitor business KPIs and performance, manage new business initiatives
• •Prepare executive-level reports and presentations in English and Chinese, for regulators, industry association, headquarter leadership and internal use

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• •Bachelor’s degree or above with 8–12 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, strategy, or executive office roles.
• •Deep understanding of securities businesses (e.g., IBD, Equities, FICC, Wealth/Asset Management).

Professional Skills

• •Strong financial analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• •Bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken) with excellent presentation skills; overseas project exposure is a plus.
• •Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to optimize workflows and drive efficiency.
