We’re looking for passionate Record to Report specialists to join our CFO Consulting team in roles ranging from Analyst to Consultant to Manager . If you have solid experience in financial closing, reconciliations, intercompany, and reporting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• •Analyze and optimize end-to-end R2R processes, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
• •Design and enhance account reconciliation and financial reporting processes aligned with GAAP/IFRS standards.
• •Lead digital transformation initiatives using tools like SAP , Oracle , Hyperion , or BlackLine .
• •Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to develop forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis reports.
• •Identify trends and insights from financial data to drive continuous improvement.
• •Strengthen reconciliation and transaction matching processes to ensure data integrity.
• •Develop and document standard operating procedures for R2R activities.
• •Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new accounting/reporting tools.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
• •4+ years of experience in R2R or similar finance/accounting roles.
• •Familiarity with reconciliation tools like Oracle ARCS, BlackLine, or Cadency.
• •Strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools.
• •Fluent or proficient in English.
• •Experience in process improvement or ERP migration is highly valued.
• •Deep understanding of period-end close activities, including reconciliation, intercompany, chart of accounts, and reporting.
• •Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• •Leadership and proactive communication skills to engage with clients and identify opportunities.
