Da più di 100 anni garantisce il proprio supporto ad aziende, governi e altre istituzioni tra le più importanti al mondo per realizzare progetti di cambiamento strategico, organizzativo, operativo e tecnologico.

In ottica di potenziare la struttura di Strategy& Italia, siamo alla ricerca di risorse da inserire nel Team Banking e Asset & Wealth Management per posizioni di Associate con esperienza tra 1 e 3 anni, con solide competenze analitiche e spiccate capacità logiche e comunicative.

Tra le principali competenze e conoscenze ricercate:

comprensione e conoscenza del bilancio bancario, in particolare delle dinamiche di formazione del reddito di una banca/ asset manager;
sviluppo di piani industriali/ business plan per iniziative di crescita organica e/o collegate ad acquisizioni o a operazioni societarie;
lancio di nuovi prodotti/ iniziative di crescita
revisione dei modelli di servizio alle reti/ disegno modelli distributivi;
progettazione e lancio di nuove iniziative digitali;
ottimizzazione della gamma prodotti;
interventi organizzativi e grandi programmi trasformazione;
commercial due diligence, M&A e operazioni straordinarie;
conoscenza della regolamentazione bancaria e competenze analitiche su temi risk, e capital management.
