Stress Engineer DTA - Remote

Your Role

• •Perform aircraft stress analysis for metallic structures, including static strength, durability, and damage tolerance assessments.
• •Develop, review, and validate structural repair solutions to ensure airworthiness and compliance with engineering standards.
• •Prepare and update technical documentation, including Aircraft Structural Repair Manuals (SRM) and Aircraft Maintenance Publications.
• •Generate and review stress analysis reports related to repair designs and allowable damage limits for aircraft structures.
• •Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to support fleet maintenance and structural integrity initiatives.

Your Profile

• •Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• •Minimum 5 years of experience in Repair Engineering focused on aircraft structural repairs.
• •3-5 years of experience in Stress Engineering within the aerospace or aviation industry.
• •At least 2 years of hands-on experience performing Damage Tolerance Analysis (DTA).
• •Strong knowledge of metallic aircraft structures, including repair design and structural assessment methodologies.
• •Experience interpreting, updating, and maintaining aircraft structural repair and maintenance documentation.
• •Advanced English communication skills.
