• Your Prospective Job:
• For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as Stress Engineer (m/f/d) in Manching.

Your Responsibilities:

• •Sizing of structural parts, components and installations made from metal and carbon fiber materials using state of the art analysis tools, FEM techniques and classic handbook methods
• •Trade off analysis for design solutions and structural concepts
• •Analysis of mechanical systems and equipment integration
• •Preparation of analysis reports and statements to support air frame qualification
• •Assessment of damages and development of repairs for in-service A/C
• •Support to manufacturing and assembly lines and evaluation of concessions and non-conformities
• •Communication to relevant stakeholders and adjacent departments

Your Profile:

• •Completed studies in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or comparable
• •Several years of professional experience as Engineer in aircraft structural analysis
• •Experience in the application of specific stress analysis and FEM tools (e.g. Nastran, Hyperworks etc.)
• •Good knowledge of standard stress analysis methods (e.g. HSB, Bruhn, ESDU, Roark & Young)
• •Experience in stress analysis of pipe works or impact simulations is a plus
• •Fluent German and English skills spoken and written
