You will become part of a team of 17 student assistants responsible for monitoring our production equipment, facilities, and laboratories outside regular working hours.

About the Job

Your main responsibility will be to carry out regular surveillance rounds across our buildings and production facilities, following established procedures and paying attention to anything that requires further action.

We will provide the training you need to carry out your tasks confidently. Once trained, you will work independently during your shifts, with colleagues on site to contact when needed.

  • Are willing to learn, take initiative, and ask for help when needed.
  • Are approachable and communicate professionally with colleagues across different departments.

Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is not required.

Working Hours

You will become part of a team where student assistants sign up for available shifts, giving you considerable influence on your working schedule.

Shifts are 8 hours and take place during evenings, nights, and weekends.

You must be available for at least 2–3 weekday night shifts per month.

What We Offer

  • A flexible student job alongside your studies.
  • Training that prepares you to work independently.
  • Experience in an international pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • A supportive manager who prioritizes training, quality, and teamwork.
  • The opportunity to get to know different areas of AGC Biologics.
