Description

The Music and Media Student Office Worker provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet visitors and provide general information about the department.
  • File, scan, and organize documents, including juries and event videos.
  • Deliver and collect campus mail and packages.
  • Prepare materials for workshops and departmental events.
  • Support faculty and staff with special projects as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office common areas.
  • Uphold confidentiality and follow all FERPA guidelines.

Requirements

  • must be enrolled in 6+ credit hours at GU
  • must be a music and media student
