  • (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in Ganderkesee, Deutschland.
  • Diese Position bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, praktische Erfahrungen
  • in der Verwaltung und Dienstleistung zu sammeln und Ihr Wissen in
  • einem dynamischen Umfeld anzuwenden.

Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Dokumenten und Datenpflege
  • Aktualisierung unserer Stammdaten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen
  • Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partnern
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen

Anforderungen:

  • Eingeschriebene/r Student/in eines relevanten Studiengangs
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
