### stv. Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) im Rahmen einer unbefristeten Teilzeitstelle mit 25-30 Std./Woche 

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Alten- oder Krankenpfleger/in
  • hohe Eigenverantwortlichkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sozial- und Führungskompetenz
  • Führerschein Klasse III / B

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Wirtschaftliche Personal-Einsatzplanung (Touren- und Dienstplanung) unter Berücksichtigung der Kunden- und Mitarbeiterbedürfnisse
  • Erfassung, Kontrolle und Abrechnung erbrachter Leistungen, inkl. Mahnwesen Einhaltung der im Wirtschaftsplan festgelegten Ziele
  • Umsetzung des im Pflegekonzept festgeschriebenen Pflegemodells sowie Überwachung der Pflegequalität
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung der MDK-Prüfung nach §114 ff SGBXI
  • Fachliche und organisatorische Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter\*innen bei der Wahrnehmung ihrer Tätigkeiten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Einrichtungen und Institutionen
