## Unsere Anforderungen an Sie:
- Examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrungen in der Organisation und Strukturierung von Pflegeteams
- Wirtschaftliches Grundverständnis & Tourenplanungskompetenz
- Sicherer Umgang mit EDV & Pflegesoftware wünschenswert
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Motivation, Freundlichkeit, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Kollegialität
- Interesse an einer langjährigen Zusammenarbeit
## Ihre Aufgaben bei uns
- Unterstützung und Vertretung der Pflegedienstleitung
- Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität
- Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung Ihres Teams
- Effiziente Touren- und Dienstplanung
- Umsetzung gesetzlicher Vorgaben (SGB XI & V, Qualitätsmanagement)
Ansprechpartner für Pflegebedürftige, Angehörige und Kostenträger
