Das neue DRK-Seniorenzentrum in Wegberg stellt 82 vollstationäre Plätze für die Betreuung aller Pflegegrade und zusätzlich 2 Kurzzeitpflegeplätze bereit. Es gibt ein Wohngruppenkonzept mit 6 Wohngruppen für je 14 Bewohner. Dabei sind alle Zimmer als moderne, komfortable Einzelzimmer konzipiert. Die neue Einrichtung wird zudem in nachhaltiger Bauweise errichtet und verfügt dann zum Beispiel über eine Erdwärmepumpe und Stromgewinnung aus Photovoltaik.

Arbeiten beim DRK ist mehr als nur ein Job, denn Du

  • leitest einen Wohnbereich und unterstützt die leitende Pflegefachkraft.
  • führst differenzierte Pflegevisiten inkl. der Nachbereitung durch.
  • unterstützt die Mitarbeitenden bei der Dokumentation und führst hausinterne pflegebezogene Schulungen durch.
  • bist zuständig für das Höherstufungsmanagement.
  • wirkst aktiv bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Konzepten und Pflegestandards mit.

Du bist genau unser Mensch, weil Du

  • examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in der Altenpflege bist, über Berufserfahrung und eine und eine Weiterbildung verfügst.
  • eine fachliche, soziale und persönliche Kompetenz zum Führen von Mitarbeitenden mitbringst.
  • durch Deine Einsatzbereitschaft, Dein Organisationstalent und Deine selbständige Arbeitsweise überzeugst.
  • Dein Potential entfalten möchtest und ein Teamplayer bist.
