  • Perfil: Preparatoria concluida o Lic. Trunca.
  • Experiencia: De 6 meses a 1 año como SAC (interno) y 1 año en atención a clientes / ventas como externo.

- Certificado (preferentemente en empeño y almacén)

- Conocimiento del negocio

- Análisis de información

- Planeación y seguimiento

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

  • Soporte en la supervisión de la calidad de transacciones y préstamos correctos
  • Reportería y soporte para el análisis de indicadores de negocio
  • Atención a clientes
  • Manejo de personal
  • Apertura y cierre de sucursal
  • Manejo de caja, Inventarios, auditorías, controles y procesos administrativos
  • Capacitar y transmitir sus conocimientos a los integrantes de su equipo
  • Asegurar la ejecución de los procesos conforme a política y código de conducta de la empresa, enfocados al logro de resultados.
  • Salvaguardar el patrimonio de la empresa.
  • Requisitos:
  • -Postulación a través de liga en WorkDay
  • -Cargar Curriculum Vitae actualizado.
  • -Comprobante de último grado de estudios.

Condiciones de Postulación:

- Estar certificado como LEAD SAC (LPB)
