En este puesto, ayudará al gerente con las operaciones diarias y la delegación de tareas y supervisará un equipo de tienda, mientras brinda un excelente servicio al cliente y construye relaciones sólidas y continuas con los clientes. Este es un puesto que le permite conectarse con personas de su comunidad y de la tienda y marcar una diferencia positiva en sus vidas.

Además de entrenar y desarrollar a su equipo, también dará el ejemplo de un excelente servicio al cliente mientras trabaja junto a ellos y con ellos.

Entre las principales funciones:

  • Supervisar y velar la asesoría proporcionada en ventanillas.
  • Supervisar y velar por que los procedimientos se cumplan por todos los colaboradores asignados en la o las agencias bajo su responsabilidad.
  • Identificar y velar por que se apliquen las mejores prácticas, proyectos y planes de acción para la generación de resultados positivos.
  • Contribuir en la ejecución de la estrategia comercial a través de las diferentes actividades que se programen, para alcanzar las metas de tienda.
