• PROJECT MANAGER – SUBSTATION
• Location: Eden Prairie, MN | Hybrid | Remote
• Schedule: Full-Time

Salary: $125,000 – $165,000 (based on experience)

We’re seeking a Project Manager – Substation to lead the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of substation design projects. This role blends technical leadership, client collaboration, and project management to drive high-quality results across multidisciplinary teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• •Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• •Oversee quality control, ensuring deliverables meet internal and client standards.
• •Coordinate across disciplines to maintain alignment on goals, deadlines, and design criteria.
• •Serve as a primary point of contact for clients — ensuring timely, clear, and consistent communication.
• •Support proposal development, including scope, design criteria, and schedule input.
• •Lead project documentation efforts, maintaining organized and accurate project records.
• •Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals, ensuring project documentation reflects current status.
• •Guide and mentor junior engineers, promoting collaboration and professional growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent field required.
• •Proven experience managing substation or related engineering projects from design through delivery.
• •Strong understanding of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and other drafting or project tools.
• •Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software such as AJERA and Monday.com.
• •Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
