#### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ermittlung, Analyse und Umsetzung aller anwendbaren Missions, System, Umwelt, AIT und Produktsicherungsanforderungen für die mechanische Auslegung von Satelliten und Instrumentenstrukturen
  • Konzeption, Auslegung und Konstruktion von Spacecraft und Instrumentenstrukturen (Primär, Sekundär und Tertiärstrukturen) sowie optomechanischen Mechanismen und ISO statischen Aufhängungen in interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Entwicklung von Leichtbaustrukturen einschließlich MGSE/OGSE Konzepten, Durchführung von Massen, Schwerpunkt,
  • Trägheits- und mechanischen Toleranzanalysen sowie Definition optimaler Strukturdesignlösungen
  • Umsetzung aller System, Subsystem und Analyseanforderungen in die mechanische Konstruktion inkl. 3D Harness Routing,
  • Definition von Bauräumen und Erstellung von Interface Requirement Drawings (IRD)
  • Erstellung und Pflege aller mechanischen Konstruktions-, Fertigungs- und Strukturdokumentationen sowie technische
  • Betreuung der Beschaffung („build to print“ / „build to spec“)
  • Fachliche Leitung von Designteams sowie Unterstützung von AIT, Reviews, Angeboten, technischen Studien und Änderungsprozessen (RFD/RFW, NCR) inkl. Präsentation der Ergebnisse vor internen und externen Kunden

#### Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Maschinenbau, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Luft und Raumfahrttechnik, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion von Leichtbaustrukturen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Differential, Integral und Sandwichbauweisen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen CAD Programmen für die mechanische Konstruktion im industriellen Umfeld
  • Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative, ausgeprägter Kooperationsbereitschaft und sehr guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
  • Führungskompetenz mit Erfahrung in der fachlichen Leitung mehrerer Konstrukteure
  • Ergebnis und kostenorientierte Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit, technische Risiken frühzeitig zu erkennen und zu minimieren sowie gutes Verständnis für Kunden, Lieferanten, Produkte und Technologien
