Job Description:

As a Subway Sandwich Artist, you are one of the first points of contact for our guests and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is friendly, energetic, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As a Sandwich Artist, you'll prepare fresh, made-to-order menu items while providing outstanding service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment.

What You'll Do

• •Greet every guest in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner.
• •Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• •Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other menu items according to Subway recipes and standards.
• •Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions about products and promotions.
• •Deliver a positive dining experience through exceptional customer service.
• •Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• •Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions accurately.
• •Maintain proper food handling, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• •Restock ingredients, beverages, paper products, and supplies as needed.
• •Follow First In, First Out (FIFO) procedures when stocking and rotating products.
• •Monitor food quality and remove outdated or damaged products according to company procedures.
• •Keep food preparation areas, dining rooms, restrooms, and service counters clean and organized.
• •Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• •Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations.
• •Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
