  • Arbeitsmodell: 50% onsite • Einsatzort : Frankfurt am Main

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung und Betreuung von Führungskräften & Mitarbeitenden über den gesamten Employee Life Cycle
  • Harmonisierung internationaler HR‑Prozesse in einer Matrixorganisation
  • Unterstützung bei Veränderungen, Stellenbewertungen, Eingruppierungen & Besetzungen
  • Umsetzung von Talent-, Performance- und Compensation‑Prozessen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat & Mitarbeit an Betriebsvereinbarungen
  • Beteiligung an internationalen HR‑Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen
  • Unterstützung bei HR‑IT‑Themen und Prozessdigitalisierung

## Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Business Partner im internationalen Konzern
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in operativer Personalarbeit, Tarif- & Arbeitsrecht (ideal: Metallindustrie)
  • Erfahrung mit Workday oder vergleichbaren HR‑Systemen
  • Souveränes Arbeiten in Matrixstrukturen, starke Kommunikations- und Umsetzungskompetenz
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch & Englisch, hohe Serviceorientierung und Selbstständigkeit
