Die Familienhilfe Göth sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt engagierte

Erzieher (m/w/d), Sozialpädagogen (m/w/d) sowie pädagogische Fachkräfte mit vergleichbarer Qualifikation

für ambulante sozialpädagogische Dienste (sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe, Clearing, Erziehungsbeistandschaften, Begleitete Umgänge) in Familien in den Landkreisen Rottal-Inn, Deggendorf, Dingolfing-Landau und dem Landkreis Passau.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Familien, Kindern und Jugendlichen im häuslichen Umfeld
  • Förderung von Erziehungskompetenzen und familiären Ressourchen
  • Beratung in Alltags- und Krisensituationen
  • Unterstützung bei Antragstellung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Jugendämtern, Schulen, Therapeuten und weiteren Netzwerkpartnern
  • Dokumentation und Berichtswesen im Rahmen der Erziehung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. Studium im pädagogischen Bereich
  • Selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Empathie, Belastbarkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
