Als Automobilkaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) sind Sie für den Verkauf von Neuwagen und Gebrauchtfahrzeugen zuständig. Sie beraten Kunden professionell und kompetent, um deren individuelle Bedürfnisse zu ermitteln und passende Fahrzeuge anzubieten. Des Weiteren führen Sie Probefahrten durch, erstellen Angebote und verhandeln Verträge. Die Pflege des Kundenstamms sowie die aktive Neukundengewinnung gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
- Anforderungsprofil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Automobilkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von Automobilen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse über verschiedene Fahrzeugmodelle und deren technische Eigenschaften
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
- Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlussstärke
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und Zielorientierung
- Teamfähigkeit und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
