Wir suchen ab sofort eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner durch ihren Alltag – mit Herz und Hand
  • Fachgerechte Ausführung ärztlicher Anordnungen
  • Organisation und Unterstützung von QM
  • Umsetzung der inklusiven und wertschätzenden Bewohnerprofile
  • Mitarbeit und Sicherstellung von MA-Strukturen, Organisationsabläufe usw.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur examinierten Pflegefachkraft
  • Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Wochenenddiensten
  • MS Office-Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der digitalen Pflegedokumentation
