## Stellenbeschreibung:

Für unseren Produktionsbetrieb suchen wir einen erfahrenen Sucuk-Füllmeister , der für das Füllen und Binden unserer Sucuk-Produkte verantwortlich ist.

## Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Herstellung und Füllen von Sucuk mit modernen Füllmaschinen
  • Erfahrung in der Produktion von Pastirma und Kavurma ist von Vorteil
  • Einhaltung der Hygieneregeln vor und nach dem Füllprozess
  • Fachgerechte Durchführung von Darmfüllung, Binden und Reifeprozessen
  • Erreichen der täglichen Produktionsziele gemäß Produktionsplan
  • Kontinuierliche Kontrolle der Produktqualität und Eingreifen bei Bedarf
  • Verantwortung für Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Produktionsbereich

## Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrung in der Produktion von Fleischwaren , insbesondere im Sucuk-Füllen sowie idealerweise in der Herstellung von Pastirma und Kavurma
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in größeren Produktionsbetrieben
  • Erfahrung in Teamführung und Produktionsorganisation
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Lebensmittelhygiene und Lebensmittelsicherheitsvorschriften
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, sorgfältige und disziplinierte Arbeitsweise
  • Körperlich belastbar und geeignet für physische Arbeit
  • Deutsch- oder Türkischkenntnisse von Vorteil (A2-Niveau)
