Summer Analyst (2028)

Role: Private Equity Summer Analyst

Location: Onsite in Dallas, Texas

Program Structure: The Summer Analyst Program at THP is structured as a 10-week Internship. With strong performance over the course of the Internship, Summer Analysts will have the opportunity to move into a full-time Analyst role starting the following Summer (2029)

Superior academic achievement at a top-tier undergraduate program​ (3.7+ GPA) ​

Strong work ethic ​

Collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal skills and an engaging personality ​

High intellectual curiosity about private equity, investing, and company building ​

Permanent U.S. work authorization ​

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with new investment opportunity sourcing ​

Evaluating new deals including financial modeling and performing analysis on data sets ​

Preparing materials summarizing qualitative and quantitative findings on investment opportunities ​

Working with portfolio company management teams to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting ​ ​

Supporting business development and investor relations ​​
